Bluebirds deserve a special gallery of their own here. When this website was
first begun, it was "all about bluebirds." Their beauty and behavior
influenced the choice of the name, "The Nest Box". The top section of the photos below were
taken in Maryland and are of Eastern Bluebirds (Sialia sialis).
